Full colour digitally printed PVC banners from Signs You See of Dronfield, Derbyshire are finished with a 1″ (25mm) folded and stitched hem. This serves 2 purposes:-
1. Reinforces the edges of your banner
2. Finishes the edges of your printed banner with a nice straight edge.
Printed banners from Signs You See, Dronfield look great with stitched hems and brass eyelets at regular intervals. Some other banner manufacturers use double sided sticky tape to make a hem, and some don’t even bother with a hem at all on their banners!

No, we do not use double sided sticky tape on our printed banner hems.
In our experience of finishing printed banners we find the best solution is to turn over and sew the hem using quality thread.

Do you supply scaffolding banners?

Yes, we prodce scaffolding banners either single sided or double sided with sleeves top and bottom suitable for a 50mm diameter pole to pass through. We also eyelet the banners which strengthens the corners of the banners and also gives you the option of using the eyelets to hang the banners instead of the pole sleeves in the printed banner.

Can you do my artwork for a printed banner?

Yes, I am happy to produce a proof for your banner requirements included in the price of the banner if it is just simple text. For jobs requiring pictures and logo vectorising then we may charge approx. £25.00 for initial proofing + 3 amendments.
